I split the apartment into 2 separate 1-bedroom micro apartments which are perfect for bloggers, students or single Sims. This time I managed to give each apartment their own bathroom so they don't have to share one! Which apartment would you rather live in, the first one or second one? You need to make sure you lock the doors accordingly so that the Sims will not enter each other's apartment. To get a roommate, you need to put out an ad online and a townie/NPC will come live in the spare apartment unit and help pay rent!
