Today I'm doing an apartment renovation of 1310 21 Chic Street in San Myshuno. I split the apartment into 2 separate studio micro apartments which are perfect for students or single Sims. The décor is modern and colourful and I think both of the apartments have completely different personalities! You need to make sure you lock the doors accordingly so that the Sims will not enter each other's apartment. To get a roommate, you need to put out an ad online and a townie/NPC will come live in the spare apartment unit and help pay rent!
