This is the first launch for ULA's new Vulcan rocket and will also be the first flight of Blue Origin's BE-4 engines. The payload is the Peregrine lunar lander, built by Pittsburgh based company Astrobotic, targeting a landing at Gruithuisen Domes on February 23, 2024.
