ANNOUNCEMENT

I'm launching a programming course on how to create web applications from scratch using React.js and Next.js. The course will also cover topics such as TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, GraphQL and more.

This course is 12-week long. There is 18 hours (or so) of video material. I'll be checking on participants progress by providing live consultations. Such consultations will happen as video calls with me or as a chat by responding to your questions on a closed Discord channel.

It's my first time doing an online course, so I'm a bit nervous, but I hope you will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it! :)

There is a special discount for my YouTube audience. If you're interested, select the cheaper package (i.e. Just The Video) and I'll upgrade it for free to the full package if you use the coupon: MALARKEY. The discount will be available for a week or so.

Learn more about the course here: https://reactnextaz.com

Feel free to ask me any question if something is not clear. I'm looking forward to meeting you in person.

Help me decide what to cover next on this channel. As you know my interests shift often. I'm trying to cover programming topics that are close to my day to day activities, or the ones that I simply enjoy. At times I talk about a popular technology to reach more people with my content. ;) At the same time I'd like align the videos with your learning goals.

In short, would you like me to focus more on Flutter ? Or should I use React.js, probably the most popular UI library right now, more often? Or Vue.js ? Did you enjoy my videos about Emacs and would like to see it continue? I also wanted to talk about new, upcoming and often little known programming technologies in a form of a commentary. I was trying something along those lines with DarkLang.

React.js + TypeScript / JavaScript

Emacs

Flutter / Dart

I'm sorry for the lack of uploads recently. I've taken some time off. I'm currently in Norway. I'll upload new videos next week!

I've just published a tweet storm about Huncwot, this little JavaScript framework I've presented in few videos. I describe my motivation, the existing problems in the JavaScript ecosystem and how Huncwot solves them. I'd be more than happy to have your feedback on it: https://twitter.com/zaiste/status/1231244138127003653

Would you be interested in a live-stream about building a Flutter application to browse the articles on Dev.to ? This will show case an integration with their REST API, then I'll also show how to achieve the same result with a GraphQL endpoint (using awesome OneGraph service)

Would you be interested in a more relaxed format (vlog?) where I talk about my perspectives on programming and related topics ?

Yeah!
