Hello, DougDog here! I’m going to be experimenting with stuff on this channel and wanted to give you a heads up about the changes:
1) We’re going to post Stream VODs more consistently going forward, you should see all VODs published within a week of my streams.
2) We’re going to start putting some ads in the VOD videos, so I can pay the folks working on the channel.
3) We’re going to make (simple) thumbnails for VOD videos, so that there's a clearer visual of what happened in the stream.
It’s been crazy watching this channel grow into a big thing, it's so cool people actually enjoy watching VODs, and I’m hoping that a consistent upload schedule and thumbnails will help folks find and enjoy interesting VODs more easily. 
With regards to ads, up to this point the channel has been completely unmonetized, we have made 0 money from it (even though Youtube still put some ads in), this was entirely volunteer work by mods. Going forward I’m putting ads in VODs so that I can actually pay the folks helping run this channel. Obviously not everyone loves ads, so we’re trying to trying to keep the amount of ads reasonable, but I think this is an important change to make sure this channel is sustainable long term. BUT if you do have any major issues or concerns with these changes just let us know, this is definitely still an experiment and we’ll see how things go and adjust
