Hi guys, I need your help, here in the store where I work, they returned a problematic 3080 Ti, and I decided to buy it for myself at a good discount (I thought I could fix it without any problems and use it for future tests, but not everything turned out to be so simple) the problem consists of very high temperatures, at idle the video card heats up above 60 degrees, in games it reaches 100 degrees and the GPU frequency drops, I changed the thermal paste and all the thermal pads, but this did not work. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and knows a solution?

I bought my personal 4090 for future tests, before that the tests were with a reference graphic card from nvidia, it is interesting to compare their performance
