I’m excited for Tuesday’s video on the Lusitania. It is, by far, the longest video I’ve ever done (38 minutes!) but I think it’s worth it. Complicated dish, lots of history, what’s not to love?! Here are three of the many menus that survive from the ship.

On this day, 112 years ago, RMS Titanic struck the iceberg that would sink the ship two hours and forty minutes later. It's been a while since I've done an entire month of themed video (I think Titanic month in 2022 was the last) but this year, April is Transportation Month! No... not an April Fool's joke. I'm making 5 videos all on foods eaten on famous modes of transportation. First up is The Oregon Trail!

I spent yesterday testing recipes for the next cookbook. I didn’t plate them all pretty like, but they all tasted great. The second book is underway!

Enjoying a piña colada at the Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico. They claim to have invented it though the history is contested. I’ll make a video about that later. Regardless, it’s the best piña colada I’ve ever had.
