Now that TSLA stock is down, trolls even troll me because I said it was a great business at some point in time :-)))))))))))))))))))

I am digging deep into the Chinese e-commerce sector. The sentiment is negative, thus people are selling, but the underlying growth trend is very strong. Such a combination of factors often creates amazing, low business risk, high reward investing opportunities but one must be careful as it is a minefield.
I am doing my research on some of the players in the sector for my full sector analysis, to deepen my knowledge and conviction levels.

2021 - free money handed directly into people's hands! Helicopter money - seemed so impossible a while ago!
2021 - perhaps the best explanation of the current environment on one of my bearish analyses: "Sven, in 2021 stocks only go up" 
2021 -  Economic situation - huge destruction of value over the last 12 months - nobody cares - because it is all about the rebound next. The long-term cost of the rebound, deficits and stimulus? Nobody cares, Sven please don't bother us with that.
To sum up - the current 2021 was certainly unpredictable 5 years ago, therefore the most likely thing to predict is that 2026 might be totally different than what can even be imagined now - any direction is possible - It can be great, it can be less great.
However, there is one thing that we can do to limit the range of outcomes for our investments. I am looking forward with curiosity to the next 5 years. Which line will you pick? 

Why VALUE INVESTING works; and is the only strategy that works constantly and long-term?

Because people focus on the wrong things; on the short term and not on the real, FUNDAMENTAL issues!

The last 12 months have been all about COVID, a stronger virus, and the whole world has stopped and is doing whatever it can to protect itself from the virus.

Unfortunately, the FUNDAMENTAL issues lie elsewhere and are perfectly described by this vaccination pic in the US. Of course, the virus is the main health issue and the focus of attention, not something else, something fundamental, that I will let you decipher yourself  from the below picture, because if I mention it, I will be the 'bad person'. 

Like in investing, so in life, most people just want the quick fix: the vaccine or the stock that is going to double soon!

Looking at the fundamentals is hard, requires thinking and a long-term reward focus but the benefits outweigh the short term cost. I wish more people understood the fundamental principles of life and investing! 
P.S. tech stocks are not crashing because interest rates are going slightly up, stocks are crashing because many have absolutely no fundamentals, it was just about price action up, now it is about price action down!  

MESSAGE: focus on FUNDAMENTALS, in life and in investing - everything becomes much easier, some would say boring!
