Motogruv is a four-piece hard rock band (guitar, bass, drums, vocals) with a female lead singer. They blend a rich mix of modern hard rock and heavy metal with classic rock and jazz progressions for a bluesy soul stealing sound. Four fully trained musicians come with very diversified sound. Thier influences include Tool, Janice Joplin, Guns N Roses, ZZ top, Black Sabbath and Faith no More - just... to name a few. Motogruv has opened for major label touring acts such as Mudvayne (Columbia Records), Drowning Pool (Eleven Seven Music), Ten Years (Universal), The Exies (Eleven Seven Music), Egypt Central (Fat Lady Music), and Snot (Geffen). Motogruv has also been very successful in the Bay Area, winning multiple "Battle of the Bands" competitions as well as local radio competitions. They were finalist in the 2012 Hard Rock Cafe worldwide competition "Hard Rock Rising".
