YouTube provides me (and all creators) with a feed of latest comments, which means it doesn't matter how old the video is - I always see the latest comment. So, you don't need to comment on my latest video for me to see it. Just comment on the video for which your question is related.

Which release schedule would you prefer for GIMP 3.0+ to use when launching new versions? (Current model is the "feature-based" release model).
Feature-based: versions released when target features are done
Date-based: versions released on pre-set date (ex. - quarterly)
