Happy ending to my Bluetti EB3A that was bricked during a firmware update at the end of my review video - after letting the battery sit at 0% for about 2 days, I was able to connect to it via the app, upgrade the firmware and now it's as good as new. Bluetti support followed up via email soon thereafter and offered a replacement unit so I'm happy with the level of service you'll get - I said I'd be in good hands and it all worked out.
