Just beginning neuroimaging analysis, but don't know where to start? Confused about what makes a main effect different from an interaction? Wondering what in the world is the difference between FSL, AFNI, and SPM? I felt the exact same way starting out as a graduate student in neuroscience; and to help you along, I've created a series of videos showing how to do basic preprocessing and statistical analysis steps in the major neuroimaging software packages. My belief is that while documentation is useful, nothing beats actually seeing how to do the steps. My screencast videos will allow you to do this - just imagine that you're looking over my shoulder while I do motion correction, or carry out a resting-state connectivity analysis. When possible, I try to use publicly available data that anyone can download. In addition, since most of the software is free, practically anyone with a computer can do the steps that I show in the videos.
