I just wanted to share one thing that is SO important to me in the mornings is to start my day with gratitude. This can be repeating affirmations to yourself, or writing them down on a piece of paper or in a journal. What I want you to do today is take 5 minutes, and write down what you are grateful for. This is one of the most simplest, best practices when you are feeling like a lot of things just aren’t going your way right now or feeling overwhelmed. 🤍 

What are you grateful for right now? 

The morning sunlight in my window.

The food I get to eat today.

Having friends and family around me.

A warm house I get to live in.
