Update on echo event
the english translation say Substat will be fixed to be atk% and atk, but i looked at the chinese version. it just say stat.
It is VERY POSSIBLE the english translation team is wrong and will actually be MAIN stat atk% and atk. 
In this case, lot higher value to go for the right element OF THE 3 STAR 5 COST (this part remain the same).
but i still wouldn't stress tooooooooo much about it
