Year to date, government deficit spending is already 1.2 trillion, up 3% year over year. I'm not sure how that's possible being deficit spending was 1.7 trillion in 2023. What an absolute disgrace to every citizen of the U.S.

Another really good data breakdown. I think I'll do an updated breakdown for our channel, but if you're interested in more details regarding the new home price revisions, have a listen. 🇺🇲

Really good historical data. I may need to do another report for our channel, but in the meantime, if you didn't already know, we had 4 housing market crashes and 5 cycles of nationwide home price decline. Of the 4 housing market crashes, 75% happened 1 year after elections with 25% (GFC) happening election year. 🤔

Look at what they just did to us. They just erased all records of the massive price declines for new homes. Look at the before and after and note the peaks and price points. All gone. This is absolutely shocking and despicable.
