Volibear patch notes seem to have been wrong. Instead of 12-28% movement speed it's 12-32% movement speed.

Just as a small update: Stridebreaker changes DID GO LIVE. It now reads:

50 AD
30% AS
450 HP
3300 Gold (112% gold efficient, lower end for bruiser items)

40% damage cleave on attack
Any physical damage grants 20 move speed
Active is an 80% AD AoE that can be cast while moving, grants 35% movement speed boost, slows for 35%, decays over 3 seconds.
