Tonight at 6:45 pm Eastern I’ll be broadcasting live as I teach a class on Law and Social Media at an unnamed university.  I’m going to weave in all the cases we’ve been talking about, like Alex Murdaugh, Karen Read, Michelle Troconis and Bryan Kohberger.  (The university has asked to remain unnamed.  Not sure the exact reason, but I’m telling myself they're worried about paparazzi.  🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣). 

Chad Daybell's lawyer called Melanie Gibb "THE witness" in this case.  Lori's former bff testified nearly all day today and will be back on the stand tomorrow.  So how did she do?  And what does it mean for Chad Daybell's case?  Let's talk about it, LIVE Friday at 7pm Eastern. 

It has been a tough day at the hospital with hubby and I am not going to try to go live tonight. My plan is to go live at 7 PM Eastern tomorrow night as usual.  A couple of notes on Karen Read and Chad Daybell:

The judge in the Karen Read is not definite on allowing Karen Read to make a third party culprit defense - meaning, argue that somebody else actually  killed John O’Keefe. Her lawyers cannot mention it in opening. They first have to introduce evidence that would open up the third-party culprit defense and then ask the Court to rule. If Karen Read is not allowed to introduce that evidence, it will dramatically change the entire course of the case. 

In the Daybell case, I was chilled all over again hearing about the search Lori did for Gerber life insurance for children. However, she never did get the insurance.  Why not, do you think?
