Happy Valentine’s Day! 

Found this pic from my first office I was renting in the back of my moms insurance spot for $300 when I first got into Real Estate about 5 years ago. Clutch headquarters was a 8x8 room on Bandera and Evers and believe it or not we fit 4 people in there and did some damage 😤 Eventually we outgrew this and took over the whole space and that’s where everything started. 

I still have my JRH construction shirt on and everything 🏚️🔨

I’ve grown so much over the past 5 years and just want to thank God for his blessings and Grace. Sometimes you need a little luck for things to go your way. We were able to attract the right people at the right time.

Reminiscing on 2023. There was a lot of challenges as there should be when your trying to grow. I thank God for everything.

I think one of my strengths is my ability to hold my self accountable for everything that happens in my life. Most people like to play victim and blame others for when things go wrong. 

When your able to look yourself in the mirror and be honest with yourself that’s when things start to change. 

Whether it’s my fault or not I have to see how I was responsible for the outcome good or bad. 

After all, the only goal in mind is to win and get better 🏆 

Drake with the Fam in Vegas was 🔥 but The Grand Canyon has been on my bucket list since I can remember ✅ 

5 years ago I made the decision to switch my career from Construction to Real Estate. At the time I felt like it was a long shot, wasn’t really my style but I just wanted to see if there was a better way. I had never done sales or anything outside of physical work for my businesses. 

Looking back this has been the best decision I’ve ever made. What I found in my self and the doors that have opened are priceless.

I know in the future it will come full circle because my goal was and still is to be a real estate developer. 

The journeys been amazing so far and can’t wait to see what the next 5 years will bring 🙏🧨🚀
