HUBLESS DIY FAN, what do you think we should do with this? 

I'm still here, this project requires a bit of controls work and wiring, so its taking some time, hopefully ChatGPT can teach me what I need to know. 

I'm trying to design a fully 3d printed pc fan with a bit of a twist. To do so I need to create my own brushless dc motor. What recommendations do you have to drive and control it as a mechanical guy electricity is basically magic to me.

This resin printing is kicking my *** but we are getting closer. I went with your recommendation of 1 radian of separation between the blades. 

OK need some opinions, if you seen Marks video, what do you think the angle is between the 2 blades, I'm assuming 45 degrees which is what this is but seems a bit tight.
