Sorry Kate Bush fans. I tried to edit that song but it wasn't working for me. Plus that song sounds really sweet with Kate's angelic voice but it is a pretty dark song. I will do a Kate Bush song in the future. Maybe something a little more upbeat than a song about nuclear annihilation.

I just noticed there is a book called Spencer the Squirrel 😊 "Spencer the Squirrel Scurries to Share is a children's book for toddlers and children ages 3-8. It tells the story of Spencer, a squirrel who loves to collect acorns. As winter approaches, Spencer finds and gathers more acorns than he could possibly eat. His hoarding habits lead to unexpected consequences for his furry friends. The book teaches children about sharing, friendship, empathy, good manners, proper behavior, thinking of others, helping those in need, and how our actions affect others." It's a cute story but my Spencer is a very greedy Nut Miser. He is not too happy with the youngsters "sharing" his nuts lately. 😂

Wild Turkey in the Yard We never had turkeys around here, until about 10 years ago. Now they are all over the place! It's usually one big male and a bunch of females. They are not afraid of cars and block traffic around town all the time. It cracks me up to see them crossing the street, taking their sweet time. 🤣

Spencer let me pet him today ❤ The first time I tried to pet Spencer, it didn't go so well. He is perfectly fine sitting in my lap so I thought I would try and touch him. He leaped up and launched himself off my face 🤣 I have been using the suggestion by @Squirrels_at_the_window on petting wild squirrels. I call it more like sneaking a pet with Spencer. He is a wild animal and will never be a cuddly pet like some you see on here. I feel lucky and privileged that he lets me touch him at all. Such a cool feeling.
