Nothing is more heart-wrenching than seeing a senior dog end up in a shelter, facing low adoption chances and a high risk of euthanasia. Happy’s Place Senior Dog Rescue steps in to rescue senior dogs from these situations, providing them with a new lease on life. These dogs are either cared for at Happy’s as a retirement sanctuary or, if healthy enough, they are put up for adoption. Senior dogs often come with high medical expenses, particularly for dental care, and Happy’s covers all these veterinary costs. To support Happy’s cause, I am organizing a fundraiser this summer. Last year, we raised over $20,000 for the Niagara Dog Rescue. Can we achieve the same for Happy’s? I've been getting a lot of questions about what I feed my dogs.
All of my dogs (except for Gidget) eat a raw diet. 
Gidget gets a home-cooked meal. Her recipe is as follows...

30 days worth of food for a 5lbs dog

- 1050 grams grass fed ground beef (sautéed with no oil until medium rare)
- 150 grams grass fed beef liver (sautéed until medium rare)
- 150 grams grass fed beef heart (sautéed until medium rare)
- 30 farm fresh egg yolks scrambled
- 60 grams sardines cooked in water
- 210 grams Dandelion greens (raw, blended on high until smooth)
- 150 grams spinach (rotate every month between spinach and kale) raw, also blended on high until smooth.
- 60 grams hemp hearts 

Daily supplements: 
1/2 tsp bone powder 
Probiotic supplement 
1 tbsp Dandelion tea 
1 tbsp Chamomile tea 

Gidget is fed a cooked diet due to having difficulty with acid reflex while on raw.

Merry Christmas Eve from my furry family to yours ❤️. This year for Christmas, I donated to 'Shelter From The Storm' in Wisconsin, on behalf of all of you lovely people who watch and support my channel. The shelter reached out to me in the hopes I could help them upgrade their grooming area, as they get a lot of dogs in serious condition that need grooming, and they don't have the proper equipment. We as a community sent them...
