Have you seen a more beautiful pasta shape? This is Culurgiones a classic pasta from Sardinia. I have been practicing to show you how to make these at home. Tutorial coming soon.

For now here is a fun video of me and Irene making them.

Hey lovelies!!! I was recently in Rome and had this fried artichoke, a popular dish you will find in restaurants. As you can see, I was pretty excited to taste this one 😂.

But this isn't all...watch what I ate in 24hours 💕

Did you know Italy has hundreds of unique pasta shapes?

I’ll be sharing a series of some of the best along with how to make these at home 🥰

To start I’ve made Gnocchetti, also known as Malloredus and are from Sardinia. I learnt how to make them from this beautiful lady whose been making this pasta since she was a child❤️

You don’t need any fancy pasta equipment! You can use a gnocchi board, a grater or even a fork!

Video posted now 💗

Merry Christmas lovelies!! Hope you’re all having a beautiful day with your families and eating a whole lot of yummy food💚

Whilst Christmas is a happy time, it’s also hard for others that struggle around the holidays. If you’re not with your family or you’ve lost loved ones, sending big love to you ❤️

Lastly to my fellow Iranians, it’s hard to feel normal or happy this year and most of us aren’t celebrating. Opening our phones and seeing the tragedy in Iran, then scrolling and seeing everyone celebrating feels like we’re living in two different worlds.

Sending you all love, we’re all together in this. Praying for our people and freedom in Iran 💚🤍❤️

Ps, you’ve all made my day with all the beautiful remakes you’ve sent me! Keep them coming 😋😋

Love you

Hey lovelies!

Whilst in Puglia (southern Italy), I was lucky enough to spend the day cooking with Nonna Lucrezia, who has been cooking traditional Pugliese dishes for over 50yrs. She has a pure heart with a love for cooking I've never seen.

Yesterday I shared one of the dishes we cooked, which was a homemade pomodoro sauce with handmade orecchiette pasta 🙌

Stay tuned to see what else we made that day!

Hey lovelies!

I've been absent as I’m traveling Europe for a little while on a foodie adventure 😍

I can’t wait to learn more about Mediterranean food and culture and share it with you all along with some amazing new recipes for you to try too!

The last couple weeks have been a little crazy preparing but I was able to film a whole bunch of new recipes before leaving until I have access to a kitchen.

Can’t wait to take you all along on this journey!

Always happy to hear recommendations of your favourite places and foods to try and recreate ❤️

I've been eating Shirazi Salad ever since I can remember. You only need 3 ingredients for the base and it tastes so good with literally everything!

I've always drank the dressing at the end, it's the best part!

Easy Peasy Bagels!

These only need 2 ingredients to make the dough and are high in protein too with 11g per bagel 💪

I shared these over a year ago now, (where does the time go !) and made them again this week so I had to share them again❤️

Trust me you don’t need to be a baker to make these, they’re really easy and you don’t need any resting time either.
