My newest video is honestly a big experiment! 

It’s not flashy, it’s not fast paced, it’s not “big”. It’s just me making art and telling stories for two of my paintings that I wrote myself 😅

For a long time now I have felt the need (maybe even responsibility) to explore ways to make art content that gets people excited for art beyond the mere surface Level (color, technique, etc). 

So I decided to try out a completely new form of art content in which I share the stories for two of my most recent paintings (And I actually wrote the 2 stories myself 😳)

The bigger point, I guess, is how little room social media gives us to share, experience and talk about other aspects of art which are in most cases infinitely more important than technique, skill, etc… 

Although I already kinda know that hardly anyone will be interested in this video I felt the need to at least try to get people interested in and inspired by these kinds of things 🫶. And if you do end up watching the video I would genuinely love to know what you thought about it! The stories, the concept l, the paintings… 

If it helps to get you excited I can tell you this much: Both paintings feature my “actual” genuine signature painting style and it’s these kinds of paintings that people connect with most and buy in a heartbeat…

I'm a bit surprised, to be honest, that the video hasn't reached more people, as it's such a significant issue that affects so many of us! I would have thought that more artists and creators would seize the opportunity to voice their opinions and thoughts and encourage community building... but hey, what do I know. 
And maybe we're actually already past the point of no return and looking at the end of online art and art communities... 

I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions on this topic! 💬

AI art seems to be on everyone’s mind recently, but tbh I think a lot of the people/artists who talk about are misrepresent it… or they don’t understand it.

My own views on it are probably very different from the general popular opinion, so here’s my questions:

Should I dedicate a video to the topic and share my views on AI art? 

Most of you have missed my last video so here’s a reminder that I just released my favorite and maybe best video of the year ⚡️⚡️⚡️

A lot of you saw my newest release but didn’t seem to be interested in it. This is a bit surprising considering it features some of the best painting and most interesting techniques out of ALL videos I made this year 😅
While I will probably never get an answer as to why I still would like to at least try to understand it better. 
So I guess this one’s for all the people who I couldn’t convince to watch my best video of the year… why did you think this wasn’t interesting, informative or entertaining? 

I know the chance of getting some genuine feedback with these kinds of questions is very slim… but what the heck, one can at least try… I can always delete the question 😄. Almost everyone who did see the video was kinda mind blown… so I guess I’m just curious if there’s more to it…
