I am super proud to announce the release of an eBook project I have been working on over the past few months!
This book is part one of a series that will cover the histories of every Division that was active in the British Army from September 1939 – January 1947. Part one covers the Armoured & Cavalry Divisions.

The histories in the book cover a Divisions full story, from its formation to disbandment, and everything in between, including movements, actions, planned moves, key dates, commanders etc. Also included is a full outline of a Divisions movement in the U.K. and in the post-war period, two topics that are often overlooked in the historiography of the British Army. For some of the Divisions, such as the 9th Armoured, 10th Armoured and the 1st Cavalry, this is the first time in over 80 years that their war chronicle is told in full.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the Fusiliers Museum who have featured my video detailing the Battle of Mozzagrogna in their latest online blog! I'm absolutely honoured and having had a relative - Warrant Officer Class II Robert H. Jellyman - serve during the battle, it makes it all the more special.

Hi all,

I just wanted to let you all know that over the next few weeks I will be re-publishing several videos that I took down last year. I originally removed these videos for various reasons, mainly as I was not happy with the quality of them, but there has been such a high demand from subscribers and patrons over the past few weeks that I have decided to reinstate most of them. I have made some slight adjustments to the videos, but they are, for the most part, exactly as they were when I removed them.

The first one will be back on the Channel this evening, Sunday 6 August 2021, at 6pm UK time (BST) and will be the video on Operation Dawn 8: Gulf of Aden conducted by Malaysian Special Forces.

The other videos, all of which are Special Forces, include German, Polish, Indian, New Zealand and a joint British-Italian raid.

Thanks,
LfE

Hi all,
Yesterday, the 14 July 2020, we reached a massive subscriber milestone - 100,000! Thanks to everyone who has supported the Channel since its start back in 2018 and a huge welcome to everyone who has recently subscribed.
I'm undecided at the moment whether or not to do a 100,000 subscriber special video (one idea is showing you guys my Military collection, such as helmets, equipment etc. - would this be something you're interested in?) but until a decision is made, work on the usual videos will continue 👍
Thanks,
LfE 🇬🇧

Hi everyone,

Two days ago, on the 3 April 2020, we achieved another subscriber milestone; 50,000!
I want to thank each and every one of you for your support to the Channel - you've all contributed to the growth of the Channel and built-up an incredible community that spans 193 countries and territories across the globe which is absolutely phenomenal; so thank you!

I hope you're all keeping well and safe during these times,

Thanks,
LfE

Hi everyone,

Just want to say a huge thanks for the incredible amount of support the Channel has received lately! Yesterday we reached 30,000 subscribers - a number which, to me, is simply mind-boggling. I remember thinking back in 2018 that getting 1,000 subscribers would be virtually impossible, so to hit 30,000 is truly amazing!

I'm currently working on a couple of videos (the photo attached is a hint to one of them), and I would like to know what Special Forces operations you would like me to cover for the future? I have a list of around 30 planned already, including Lufthansa Flight 181, the Qala-i-Jangi Uprising and the Baghdadi Raid which have been asked for, but what others would you like to see on the Channel?

Thanks,
LFE
