Here are some of the design options we explored to create this scene for our Floating Cities video. We were trying to create a place that's too perfect, but beneath the surface, hides some dark underlying truths... A kind of "utopian dystopia". We always try to be totally objective in our analysis, but it was interesting to see this theme keep "bubbling up" as we dove deeper into this movement ;) If you haven't watched the video, you can check it out here!

A bit late… but we reached 1M! It’s so crazy to think that there’s a MILLION people who share a passion for architecture, and obscure things, like the philosophy behind a window. It has also confirmed to me that architecture can be so much more than buildings - it can be a medium to tell stories about the world, to talk about our dreams and fears, and what gives meaning to the human experience. Each of you have contributed to helping us reach this insane milestone… THANK YOU for being a part of this journey :D

We went to see the MSG Sphere last week, and it was quite the exSpherience! As we had imagined, the approach and any public space around it was  a bit underwhelming, but the show itself was pretty pretty cool. The overwhelming amount of thoughtful, heartfelt comments on this video so far has been incredible to see. Making videos on our architecture projects are a bit of a gamble because they take up a LOT of resources and they are not widely popular topics. So before we release the video, we make it a point to lower our expectations. The fact that there are people out there in this world that appreciate these esoteric concepts, that I seemed to have somehow found this unique audience, and that this is now my job!!! Sometimes I have to pinch myself. And I am eternally grateful. 🙏💛 

Thank you to everyone who applied for the researcher position. It was really heartwarming to see so much interest in contributing to the channel. I know the test questions were extensive, so I really appreciate the time and effort you took to write thoughtful and original answers.
