Second Phase Election: दूसरे फेज में बिहार के भागलपुर, बांका, पूर्णिया, किशनगंज और कटिहार में चुनाव है. इनमें से सभी सीटों पर एनडीए की ओर से जेडीयू के कैंडिडेट चुनावी मैदान में हैं तो महागठबंधन से कांग्रेस के तीन  उम्मीदवार ओर आरजेडी के दो उम्मीदवार हैं. दो सीटों पर कांग्रेस का जेडीयू  से सीधा मुकाबला होगा. जबकि एक सीट पर जेडीयू का मुकाबला आरजेडी से होगा. 
वहीं दो सीटों पूर्णिया और किशनगंज पर मुकाबला त्रिकोणीय है.
