Hey bioinformatics people! I want to do an episode where I show how to analyze a dataset with Python. How to wrangle data, visualize it, etc. What kind of datasets do you want to see? If you have links to some public datasets that are similar to what you have on hand and want to learn how to analyze, that would be helpful too! Thanks!
