If you see comments posing as me offering you a prize, it's a trick, send no reply. It's not me. The only free things I give away are elusive and unpredictable youtube uploads. I report all the scam comments I see, but somehow they sneak past the spam filter, so please report em if you em. THANK!

(rare youtube upload sighting coming next month)

T-Nu of @CajunCraftastrophe invited me onto his crafting podcast @craftpod1320 and here's our episode! Talking points include garbage, high school Lord of the Rings remakes, but mostly the process of making YouTube videos (with some light existential dread tossed in).

T-Nu is a great host with a wealth of positivity, creativity, and curiosity. I think you'll enjoy his show! He also has many other great episodes with CrafsMan, Boylei Hobby Time, Bill Making Stuff, Mechanical Fiend, and many more in the works. A very high value subscription!

A mysterious egg showed up at my door the other day and I had the honor of hatching a new dino baby in Kayakasaurus' new video! If you aren't familiar with @Kayakasaurus , he is a super talented sculptor of dinosaurs and other assorted prehistoric beasts. Check out the full video for the process on making baby dinosaurus, followed by my goopy experience of becoming a prehistoric parent.

Includes more beautiful, slimy live birth reactions from TheCrafsMan, Laura Legends, SpinoDude, and Andy's Dinosaur Reviews!

"Aww they're falling in love!"

For those wondering, here's a few pics comparing the size of the recent video's Tremortusk vs Howl's Moving Castle. Robot elephant measures in at 14" long by 14" tall, however Howl still comes out on top at 17" long by 22" toe to tip.

Other fun scale information: The Tremortusk is built at about 1:18 scale, so it's sized for 3.75" action figures. Howl's Moving Castle is roughly 1:64 (28mm) scale. This is where the math stops, but if scaled correctly, the castle could/would step on the Tremortusk and house the whole thing in its massive maw.

Thanks for watching the new video, all!

Happy New Year everyone! Here's the hodge podge of everything* I made this year, but what do you want to see me craft in 2022? I've got a couple big projects in mind and if anyone happens to guess them, then that's pretty cool and I'll beam you a secret wink and a hive mind high five.

Until then, thanks so much for all your support/likes/comments/subscribes/affirmations/well wishes/presence this year! I appreciate you!

*everything, i.e. mostly just one lead singer surrounded by a bunch of backup dancers. It's not as many things as I thought I would have crafted this year, but one of these crafts hogged the spotlight and all my time.

Did everyone get what they wanted from Santa this year? Santa was nice/naughty enough to let me be an elf on his shelf while he made this hot meme garbage I asked for. It's Shrek + Thomas the Tank Engine + RC car, for some reason. The most fun part to film was the remote-control Slay Ride action footage at the end. Happy Holidays everyone!

"Hey Studson, you said the Howl's Moving Castle video was coming in June and today is the final day of June...."

That was before I realized how detailed this absolute beast was. 2500 rivets later, the build is just about done and standing tall at about 18 inches (20 if it stands up straight with better posture). I can confidently say that the video will be finished in July (really). For now, here is a small section of the castle build mostly from recycled plastic and junk (not painted yet); it's the backdoor where Sophie first enters. Thanks so much for your patience, everyone! See you soooooon!

Yippee! A very special collab video is coming on May the 4th with @BillMakingStuff @Boylei @EricsHobbyWorkshop and @ScratchBashing . If you aren't subbed to them, they would make a fine addition to your collection. Hey also, what's your favorite movie?
