Do protests NEED to be disruptive to work? 

With all the debate around protestors blocking highways and throwing soup cans at famous works of art, we've been wondering how we can determine when a protest is necessary and ethical. We also wanted to explore how we can differentiate between protests actions between though which are aiming to equality and those aiming at exclusivity.
