What happens when you take on a 75 day transformation challenge? I'm about to take on the biggest lifestyle change challenge there is, 75 HARD. 75 DAYS! That's a whole 2.5 months of daily training, daily reading, daily water intake and incorporating healthy food into my diet (with some help from the EAT FIT team). Not only that, I'm stacking on top of this, the 30 Day sugar challenge. This means removing all added sugar from my diet for 30 days (may decide to do this for 75 days too).
