Documenting my day-to-day battles in self-improvement, mental health, and tertiary studies.
I decided to start this project after a devasting period of two weeks on my mental health. I thought that if I could record my journey, I would force myself to work through my thoughts. One day I hope, I can look back and see how far I've come as a person.
For that reason, these videos are meant to be direct and genuine. To help me do this, I've set three rules: not cut or edit my videos, to be concise with my wording, and be consistent in posting at least four times weekly.
Although this project is for me, if you get something out of it and stick around, I'll be all the happier. There's nothing to lose by spreading the love and everything to gain!
