EEEKKKK!!! We are almost to 5k subscribers! I can not tell you all how much this means to me and wish I could thank each and every one of you personally. An extra shout out and thank you to everyone who has also shared my channel, I look forward to continuing to share with all of you. 

Fostering is not for the feint of heart, it takes work not just in helping the kids but in working through things you didn't know you needed to. However, getting to see the pure joy on a child's face when they learn that they are heading home after a year in care is an amazing reminder of why it can be worth it, and the giant hug said we did ok in his time with us. 

Who has already started their Christmas shopping? 

4 kids in diapers... this may be the one thing that tests my full abilities on this journey. What is the most you have had in diapers at once? 

It's cold and snowy here which means it's a great time to get some cooking done! Recipe season is here! 

This week I am getting some cooking done as the temps start to fall a little bit. Any recipes in particular you'd like to see in the coming weeks? 

We had a very scary event happen that I have been debating on sharing, simply because I wasn't sure I could keep myself together, but I think I will and try to get it up on Saturday.
