What's up guys, I am DJ Mike James... I am a full service mobile DJ based out of central Illinois. For most of my life, I had been a live musical performer, working in numerous bands playing rhythm guitar, singing and playing bass, spending hour upon hour honing my craft, learning my equipment to be the best that I could be. However, having to rely on others to care enough to prepare at the same level or even show up was extremely frustrating. So when I got the opportunity to DJ almost 10 years ago, it was liberating, what a change, every note, tempo and voicing is easily perfect and I've been hooked every since.
