Ryan Kramer is making SWEET progress on his Home Theater! This theater features a 9.4.6 speaker layout utilizing 9 identical JBL CBT 70j-1 speakers, (4) Full Marty 21″ Kraken subs and a 200" screen! The first two attached photos he sent me today. I can't wait to experience this for myself.

For those asking about the black boxes and air ducts…

“1- Hot and cold air conditioning. Both supplies and returns

2- Fresh and and used air exchanges connected to an HRV (heating recovery ventilator)

3- In the future I’m building a hush box and those will be for the air intake and exhaust. That will be a phase two step because I have a couple projectors I want to test in the room before I make it a more permanent install. 

The columns and coffered ceiling helped me hide all of that. 👍🏻”

Four years ago, I was impressed enough with it for it's Atmos content that I made a dedicated video talking about it -  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Al5R_... . 

At that time, the only way to get it was to buy it on Ebay, and it had to be the Diamond Luxe Edition, most of which were selling for $80 or more. 

Unfortunately they still have not made a 4K version yet, but it's still an absolutely incredible movie for Atmos demos.

I’m headed back to Florida from Louisiana after filming an absolutely incredible Home Theater. But this trip was so much more than just a Western Home Theater. Tully is in his late 70’s and has a story that will touch your heart. 

This video will be a completely different style from my typical Home Theater Tours but I REALLY believe this is special.

I’m so excited, I’ll begin editing it on the flight home.

This morning I’m headed to Louisiana with  @HomeTheaterGamer  to film an incredible Home Theater Tour. On my drive to Orlando International, this was the first song to play on the radio.
