Today I turn 26, and usually I'm not one for big birthday posts...

But I wanted to take the opportunity to share something:

Just 7 years ago I was struggling and working as a janitor. I was borderline obese, as well as riddled with anxiety and depression.

Since then every year has been better than the last.

It's crazy to think back on how much has changed, and how much I have changed.

1. I'm thankful to be able to wake up every day and do what I love most, and that my business has been growing every year.

If you currently are or have been a client, thank you, and just know that I enjoy every moment of supporting you.

2. I'm grateful for all of the amazing people I have in my life, and the support that you have given me.

From family to friends, you guys always have my back when I need it most. Also you might not know it, but you've saved my life in the past just by being there.

3. I'm thrilled with the progress in my health, both physically and mentally.

Thank you weird teenage version of Rafael, for pushing through the dark times and living up to your potential. I know it was hard, but what a feeling it is to be your own future ideal self. 🙂

PS. I'm starting a new free group to support entrepreneurs, so if that's you feel free to request to join here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/entrepreneurshipandgrowth/

It's my bday wish, and we'll be letting people in as soon as it's ready!

I don't often get ill, or struggle with my health... But the few times I have, it taught me a powerful lesson.

NOTHING else matters if you don't have your health.
Without it, you can't do much.

So please, take care of yourself first, fill your own cup (of health)... Before you try to give to everyone and everything else.

So often we see someone else have some level of success, and we become envious. 😒
In reality, if you know what you're doing is right, you're likely on your way to far greater abundance.
What is your lane, what are you focused on? 👇

Now the question is... Do you let the ego in and try to argue with it?

PLEASE, DON'T.

Because you will lose that battle.

But if you move forward regardless, you may just win the war.

27,375 days.

That’s how many days an average person lives since being born.

Assuming you are not a genius baby reading this, you have spent quite a lot of those days already. How many were the happy ones?

It seems like a low number isn’t it? Just this many days?

Well, it is a low number and it’s even lower if you waste it, which most people do.

What do I mean by wasting time?

By waste, I mean inefficient use.

Any time spent not pursuing your fulfillment is a waste.

If you are doing a job you hate to just drown in Netflix at the end of the day,

Trying to make other people around you happy, living in a toxic relationship, whatever it is.

Realize how little time you have and how it’s all meaningless if it doesn’t lead to you being fulfilled.

Because what will you remember during your last minutes?

How you were a nice bloke and stayed at the same job for 15 years?

How that TV-series was so good, the character development was on point and you binged all seasons in one day?

Would you want these memories?

Or the memories of when you were ecstatic and filled with joy?

You decide.

6 Life-changing habits that are must-haves. 👇

1. Self-talk: The greatest way to motivate yourself is to look at your self-talk. If you are exercising and say I can never do it, I am so out of breath then guess what you won’t be able to perform.

2. Comfort zones: No matter how many goals you set or affirmations you do, if you aren’t going out of your comfort zone you aren’t growing.

3. The 5% rule: Whenever a situation seems unbearable or unchangeable, ask yourself how can I make it just 5% better? This will build so much momentum.

4. Rewire: Whenever your brain says; I can never do that, that’s not possible. Look for proof otherwise. If you ate healthy for a day chances are you can do it for another day.

5. Rest: It’s okay to be weak and not always be hustling. Learn to optimize your health. Do things that are good for you; exercise, better sleep etc.

6. Life’s purpose: Your life’s purpose is to find your life purpose. The only way to do that is by moving closer to the things that you like. Start tapping into your intuition.
