π° In a lively town filled with towering buildings there lived Omar, a successful businessman. Eager to build a house unlike any other in his town, Omar sought the expertise of the local architect, named Carlos, to bring his vision to life. π Carlos, curious about the project, went on a journey in a faraway land to meet Leonardo, a famous architect known for his incredible designs. Leonardo shared his expertise with Carlos, giving him a detailed plan for Omar's house. π Excited to put his own spin on things, Carlos made some changes to Leonardo's plan when he got back home. He replaced some materials with those that are easier to find locally. βWhy would I look for materials from overseas and wait for them to arrive if houses from these ones stand strong and sturdy in my town for centuries?β he thought. π Yet, when Omar's house was finished, it couldn't handle any pressure and fell apart because Carlos changed Leonardo's original instructionsβ¦ π Reflecting on his misstep, Carlos realized that Leonardo's wisdom was not just in his creativity but also in every aspect being executed precisely: the technology, the design, and the materials. π©πͺ Same goes for opening a business in Germany and business immigration. Germany is a quite a bureaucratic country. Not providing just one document, doing things the way one is used to in their home country or looking for non-existing shortcuts may lead to dire consequences. Thus, when reaching out to experts, it is extremely important to follow ALL of their instructions precisely, especially when it concerns preparing documents, registering a business and applying for a residence permit. π» Our company, Nexus-Europe GmbH, is planning to launch a new rubric with cautionary tales based on our many years of experience.
