Kevin Etter argues that there’s another way that companies can support charitable organizations, apart from donating their money or goods. Currently on loan to GAVI, a non-profit that increases access to vaccines, the UPS executive considers all of the ways that his “donation” transformed both the organization and his own relationship to his work. In this impassioned talk, Etter urges us all to expand our definition of “corporate donations” to include a company’s’ most valuable assets – its employees.
