I ran into a bit of a problem on my Waymo One ride! I loooove the Waymo service and this is not meant to disparage them in any way. Just reporting my actual experience. Ultimately it wasted about 30 minutes and they couldn't get me to my requested destination. They also didn't offer a refund. From a typical customer perspective it was a bad experience, but as an early adopter it's basically expected to have issues.
