SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — New developments in a 2News investigation following the horrific threats by a man called a neighborhood terror that stretched across the country. For months 2News investigates has been exposing Maurice Raffoul’s terroristic conduct on Chadwick Street in Sugar House. We found Salt Lake Police have been called to the home where he lives with his parents more than one-hundred times since 1995. We also found two women in Louisiana who received death threats from Raffoul. Additionally, we found a 108-page letter in the court record that Raffoul wrote that gives a window into his mind.
