After taking a plea deal, Casey White, the inmate who escaped from an Alabama jail last year with the help of corrections officer Vicky White, was sentenced to life in prison Thursday. An 11-day manhunt for the two ended in a car crash, after which Vicky White was pronounced dead due to a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
