Physical training has been on the rise this past 2 decades, and it is very encouraging to see that more and more people are taking care of their own physical well being. However, the statistics showed differently, a combined 69% of United States citizen are either overweight and/or morbidly obese, and it is ever increasing by the year. In this video I'm preaching my case to every man in the world why physical training is so important to one's life, and how it can translates tremendously well to other important areas of a man's life. And all of the things I said in the video are supported by my own personal experience.
