Leon Chevalier just completed his studies in chemical engineering, so he has only recently been able to focus full time on training and racing in his life as a professional triathlete. In 2022, Leon finished 6th at the Ironman World Championship in St George, and 7th in Kona. Leon qualified for this year’s world championships with an early season win at Ironman South Africa which has enabled him to put all his energy toward Nice. He’s spent over 8 weeks training in the Alps, loves hilly technical bike courses, and is ready for a great race on Sunday.
