'This Old Building' is a new self-produced TV show that follows different commercial renovation projects that Commercial Investors Group is doing over the course of the renovation. The goal is to get a larger network to pick up the show and record 8-10 different developments from various developer friends of Mike Sowers and have a full season of the show professional produced and aired on HGTV, CNBC, or some other large network.
