Hi, I'm yologan56. The Council of Small Brain is a YouTube channel that aims to make people laugh. We will do absolutely anything within our power to make people laugh, regardless of how stupid it is. According to our plans, more is to come. I'm currently the only one with access to the YouTube channel itself. This is just a bit of an experiment my friends and I came up with.
