As you've probably noticed, we are downloading over 200 coins into the lists in our app. So far we have downloaded the JSON data, the image data, and displayed that in our List, but we don't have any way to search for a specific coin. So now it's time to add a search bar into our app! Unfortunately, SwiftUI does not yet have a SearchBar() component that we can use directly (although UIKit does). So instead we will use a TextField and customize it to make it look like search bar!
