Judging by the video, the fire damage to the elements of the Russian air defense system was carried out by GMLRS missiles from the American M142 HIMARS multiple rocket launcher system.
At least four rockets exploded near and above the vehicles and radars and hit them with the large number of metal balls contained in the warhead of each GMLRS.
