macOS High Sierra has undergone a very lengthly Beta Process which has presented us with a lot of new features. While High Sierra may not look drastically different there are several background task which make it the fastest operating system Apple has ever made. Two really key features for me is the change to the new APFS filesystem and eGPU support. Both of these features may not present immediate uses but for the future they will soon come in handy.
