The intended audience is health workers who work with mothers, fathers, and other caregivers of young children.
This video is part of USAID’s Responsive Care and Early Learning Series. The series is a set of teaching videos developed to help explain and promote responsive care, a foundational part of nurturing care in early child development. Responsive care refers to the ability of caregivers to notice, understand, and respond to their child’s signals in a timely and appropriate manner to enhance child development.
The video was produced by Global Health Media Project in collaboration with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI) for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
