The keyword of an enviroment, where people disabilities are fostered and defined by their unique perspectives and talents and not caged by their limitations, is acceptance. Alaa and Rania prove that the world can be changed if our societal attitude is shifted and accessibility was offered to individuals of all ages, races and abilities thus enriching the tapestry of human existence. Rania Abdel Aziz, co-founder of Etwasel. Eg and founder of Hope&beyond( parent house ) Rania is a speech and language specialist and DIRfloortime Advance provider.
In 2014 she began working as a speech and language practitioner, working with kids with Autism and various disabilities.
In 2018 she finished her first DIR Floortime certification and now she’s the second Egyptian to hold the Advance certification. She also holds many certifications such as ADOS -2, Talktools level 1, and Montessori and positive discipline diplomas. Rania’s sessions are child-led and believes in the importance of coaching and supporting parents for a better intervention journey.
A full-time learning difficulties and disabilities Teacher, been working with kids for 4 years now. And a part-time Teaching Assistant at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology.
Currently doing a master's in Psychology from Liverpool John Moore University in the UK, alongside courses in special education, intensive learning coaching courses, and understanding autism. Founder of “Peace of Heart”: an online platform/brand that helps in spreading awareness about different disabilities.
