I wanna talk about breakfast. The Japanese breakfast made me look into my own breakfast habits and completely rethink what it means to get a good breakfast in the morning. In Japan, obesity rates are low, and life expectancy is very high, partly due to the Japanese diet. This video is an exploration of some ideas that I derived from the Japanese breakfast: it is a balanced meal, it is varied, with small portions of many different types of food, and it is nutritionally complete. I analyzed this breakfast by comparing it to the classic American breakfast of pancakes, bacon, and eggs.
